As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of our Sales department during a busy period. This varied and fast-paced role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
1. Providing day-to-day administrative and PA support to the Sales team
2. Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
3. Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, reservation packs, and customer files
4. Inputting and updating data on internal systems and producing regular sales reports
5. Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful service
6. Liaising with site teams, contractors, and head office departments as needed
7. General office administration including filing, document management, and ordering supplies
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
* Must have experience within New Build Construction
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems
* A strong communicator with a professional, friendly manner
* Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Previous experience in administration, PA work, or sales support
