What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of around 25 Store Managers and 200 colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
* Drive sales performance, commercial success and operational excellence across your region.
* Analyse trends, identify opportunities and create actionable plans to continuously improve results.
* Build high‑performing store leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and development.
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences by empowering teams to live and breathe our EPIC values.
* Ensure compliance across all operational, EHS and audit measures, maintaining best‑in‑class standards.
* Oversee payroll, shrinkage and controllable costs to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments such as Commercial, HR, Supply and Marketing to achieve divisional goals.
* Champion colleague engagement, talent development and apprenticeship initiatives across your region.
