A manufacturing and production client of ours near the Hadleigh area are recruiting a Document Controller / Senior Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Document Controller role will include but are not limited to:
* Supporting project delivery teams with documentation and administration
* Uploading/downloading documents and drawings across multiple platforms (Procore, Aconex, Asite, etc.)
* Issuing drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and reports in line with company procedures
* Maintaining accurate document records and ensuring compliance with internal standards
* Assisting with the production of O&M manuals and site-based documentation
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
* Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience with document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Asite) preferred
* Confident communicating with internal teams and external contractors
