As a Senior PR Account Director, you will be at the forefront of this agency's mission to create newsworthy campaigns, strategically drive brand visibility, and shape public perception working alongside the SLT team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Strategy and Innovation: Develop and execute cutting-edge PR strategies that leverage the latest trends, technologies, and platforms to maximise client impact.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of PR specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
* Client Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and crafting customised PR solutions that drive results.
* Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling, shareable content that captures the essence of clients' brands and tells their stories effectively.
* Measurement and Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to continuously evaluate the success of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify clients' messages.
What we're looking for:
* B2B experience in traditional PR, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results for multiple clients in the tech space.
* 7+ years of experience within an agency environment.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
