Job Title: Employability Lead (Restart)

Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on experience)

We are excited to be recruiting for an Employability Lead for the Restart Programme.
The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and guidance to a dedicated delivery team, providing motivation and support to ensure performance targets are consistently met.
You will also play a key role in developing strong, collaborative partnerships across the local employment, education, and community sectors to encourage career opportunities and progression routes.
Responsible for the leadership of the Restart delivery team in your region, conducting regular observations, 1:1s, performance reviews, and appraisals
Setting KPIs and performance targets aligned to contractual goals.
Develop strong relationships with Job Centre Plus, local agencies, training providers, and employers
Ensure full compliance with the Restart contract terms, guidance, and processes
Ensure Restart participants gain the best possible service to enhance positive outcomes.Essential Criteria:
Proven experience of leading and motivating a team within the Employability sector.
Excellent people management and performance management skills
Knowledge of the local labour market and ability to develop strong relationships with referral partners and stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Please note:
