Were looking for an Interim People Operations & Resourcing Manager to join us at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead operational people services within a fast-paced, customer-focused housing organisation.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will provide hands-on leadership across people operations and resourcing, working closely with People Business Partners, Advisors and specialist teams during a critical delivery phase.
The Role
This role is central to delivering a high-quality, compliant and forward-thinking people service, ensuring consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
You will:
1. Lead people operations-overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and pay & benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal frameworks
2. Drive employee relations excellence-providing senior oversight on complex ER cases and guiding managers to achieve fair, consistent and legally robust outcomes
