Electrical Programme Manager Salary: £56,100 benefits Location: Chipping Sodbury (with travel across the South West) Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week Join a Leading Housing Association in the South West We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic Electrical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our planned and cyclical electrical services across a large geographical area. Based out of our Chipping Sodbury office and managing a team of around 50 engineers, you’ll be responsible for the successful execution of key programmes — including electrical testing, rewires, heating system components, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and EV charge point installations. What You’ll Be Doing * Lead and manage the delivery of electrical compliance programmes and upgrade works * Oversee a devolved annual budget of approximately £4 million * Manage and develop a team of engineers, supported by four Electrical Customer Delivery Managers * Act as Senior Qualifying Supervisor under NICEIC registration, ensuring compliance and quality across electrical operations * Drive the implementation of EV charging infrastructure and modern electrical solutions * Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For We’re after a confident, solutions-focused leader with proven experience managing large-scale electrical programmes, ideally in housing or construction.
