As the first Bid Manager, you will establish and lead the bid management function from the ground up, managing complex end‑to‑end proposals while designing the governance, processes, and content infrastructure required to scale. * Deep knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks, including Crown Commercial Service, DOS, and G‑Cloud.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and enforce structure under pressure.
