Bower is a leading Equity Release advisory company with a high net worth division within Bower Private Clients. Our head office is in the South of England and we offer a range of equity release and later life mortgage products. We are seeking trainee equity release advisers to join our equity release team. Applicants should have the relevant qualifications; previous advice experience is preferred and a proven track record is advantageous. Bower is FCA directly authorised and provides customer-focused, social, and eco-responsible financial services with lead generation through its own websites, digital and social marketing channels, and partnerships.

The Role Will Include
* Providing mortgage or equity release advice tailored to individual objectives and circumstances
* Providing clients with comprehensive recommendations with KFIs and Suitability Reports
* Promoting Bower as a leading national advisory company
* Communicating with Compliance and Training & Competency departments
* Maintaining records using the company CRM and digital record system
* Adhering to the principles of treating customers fairly and Consumer Duty
* Attending CPD training and reading relevant materials for Continued Professional Development
You Will Need To Have Experience And Qualifications In/of
* A minimum of 6 months financial services experience within financial advice
* Evidence of sustained sales success and compliant practice with CAS status
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mandatory Minimum Or Equivalent
* Certificate in Mortgage Advice (CeMAP)
Advantageous But Non-Mandatory
* Certificate in Equity Release (CF7 or ER1) or Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER)
* Certificate in Financial Planning (CeFA), FPC or level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
* Long term care CF8
* Advanced CeMAP or Diploma
