Our client, a global consultancy are looking for a Business consultant to join them on a permanent basis.
This role requires a deep understanding of both AI and Data technologies and Business Strategy to guide clients in aligning their technology initiatives with their business goals. You'll facilitate strategy engagements, lead discovery and analysis sessions, and work closely with clients to explore and define their AI and Data needs driving business transformation. You'll collaborate internally with other practices, AI technical architects and consultants, Sales teams, to ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client objectives and business drivers.
* Leading client workshops to develop AI strategies that align with their business transformation objectives.
* Guiding clients in identifying key areas where AI can drive value.
* Providing strategic advice on AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Discovery and Needs Assessment: Conducting discovery workshops to understand
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing strategic guidance
Key Requirements
* Experience in a business or consulting environment.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies (especially in the Contact Centre area) and their business applications.
* Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
