What are we looking for?
* Administrative skills Experience with data entry, filing, scheduling, and general office tasks is a strong asset.
* Organisational skills The ability to manage a varied workload, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail is vital for maintaining accurate records and handling administrative duties.
* Basic computer skills Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary for drafting correspondence, maintaining databases, and creating documents.
* No specific experience required For many volunteer HR roles, particularly in smaller non‑profits, no formal HR experience is needed. The right soft skills and motivation are often more important.
