Randstad Education are looking for an inspiring and resilient Deputy Headteacher on behalf of an SEND school based in Sefton. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their curriculum, mentoring staff, and ensuring that students have the skills they need to succeed in life beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Headteacher to drive the school's strategic vision and school improvement plan.
* Quality of Education: Lead on the development of a bespoke, accessible curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our learners.
* Staff Development: Act as a coach and mentor to teaching and support staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
* Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere for both students and staff.
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the school, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experienced working with children with SEND
* SLT experienced (preferred)
