Role Overview

Responsibilities
* As a Senior Planner, ensure the successful and timely completion of large-scale construction and civil infrastructure projects.
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
* Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet project demands and timelines.
* Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and risks.
* Ensure all project activities comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with project schedules and resource allocation.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and compliance records.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
* Travel to client sites across the UK to maintain strong relationships and ensure project alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience managing large-scale construction and civil infrastructure projects.
* Advanced knowledge and experience with Primavera P6.
* Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Team player, collaborative.
* Willingness and ability to travel across the UK.
* Degree qualified and holding certifications such as PMP or similar.

Additional Information
Jacobs operates a hybrid work environment and a 40‑hour weekly standard. This role could be based in any Jacobs office and will require regular site visits across the UK; travel flexibility is key.
