* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment that meets targets
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is central to your leadership
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside your team
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs
