Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a lead planner to come and look after a team of planner/schedulers
The role of the Lead planner is to monitor the planning team and resolve all raised complaints.
Responsibilities
* ???????Monitoring a team of planners
* Making sure all targets are met
* Produce weekly reports
* Monitoring and reporting KPI's
* Overseeing the job scheduling
* Raise purchase orders
* Dealing with complaints
* Supervising all work completed
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have experience within social housing, managing a team of planners and be within this environment.
