Delivery Driver & Demo Handover Specialist
Salary: Hourly £13.50 to £14.00
Location: Renault Trucks Scotland, Bellshill
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
Renault Trucks Scotland is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at the Bellshill site. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering new and used trucks to our customers. This role involves variety: handing over a brand-new T High one day, and collecting a customer’s truck for its MOT on another. You should be able to work independently, take pride in delivering great service, and enjoy the varying daily tasks.

What You’ll Do
* Collection and Delivery: Efficiently collect and deliver New and Used Trucks and Vans, including Rental and lease vehicles.
* Chassis Movement: Transport new chassis/trucks to and from Bodybuilders, equipment suppliers, and customers.
* Vehicle Handover: Complete handover and vehicle damage reports to ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied.
* Vehicle Care: Clean, wash, or valet vehicles as required to maintain standards.
* Support: Assist in other business-related tasks related to the movement, delivery, or collection of vehicles.
* Flexibility: Perform other tasks related to vehicle movement, delivery, or collection as required by supervision.
Key Skills And Competencies
* Driving Skills: Hold a current C + E driving license with a maximum of 3 points and a Driver CPC card (current).
* Experience: Relevant background in commercial vehicle operations.
* Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Safety: Awareness of health and safety protocols and procedures.
* Regulations: Knowledge of driver hours rules and regulations.
* Manual Handling: Capable of manual handling tasks if required.
