Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Cashier, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Processing Transactions: Handle client and office account transactions with precision and accuracy.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, safeguarding the integrity of financial practises.
Financial Record Management: Manage bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Report Preparation: Assist in preparing financial reports and invoices that meet organisational standards.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike, ensuring a positive experience for all.What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar financial position.
Knowledge Base: A solid understanding of accounting principles and legal financial regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial dealings.
