Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group is seeking an exceptional Staff Nurse to join our team at our Randolph Hill Nursing Home in Dunblane, Stirlingshire.

This role involves working 3-4 shifts per week, with alternate weekends off, and flexibility to work across 7 days.

Job Purpose
To provide professional clinical nursing care to residents, demonstrate leadership, adhere to NMC code, and support the Home Manager in daily operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of nursing care
* Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
* Supervise and support junior staff
* Delegate workload in the absence of the Home Manager
* Lead by example in appearance, manners, hygiene, and conduct
* Accurately maintain records and care plans
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* 6-12 months post-graduate experience in elderly care settings; newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply
* Experience supporting residents with dementia
* Effective time management and workload prioritization
* Ability to advise and guide staff, residents, and families sensitively
* Strong problem-solving skills within a nursing home context
* Excellent communication skills, including report writing and care planning
