Main duties of the job 5 sessions per week: Monday am and pm, Tuesday am and Friday am and pm.
Providing high‑quality, patient‑centred care in routine GP clinics.
Undertaking home visits in a timely and safe manner.
Managing and actioning correspondence from secondary care.
Being fully involved in all aspects of general practice daily operations.
Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary teams.
Job responsibilities
9‑month fixed‑term contract covering 4 sessions over two days, including home visits.
Signing prescriptions and managing own correspondence from secondary care.
Participating in the day‑to‑day running of the practice.

Qualifications
Full GMC registration.
Inclusion on the NHS England Performers list.
MBBS or equivalent.
