What will I be doing?
* You will proactively manage the customers within your portfolio to deliver innovative solutions to their waste and resource requirements, offering seamless transactional and strategic delivery.
* You will also be a key point of contact for them, providing waste industry expertise to enable your customers to be at the forefront of managing their resources in a way that meets both their commercial and CSR requirements.
What are the requirements?
* You’ll be experienced in creating a positive customer experience in a B2B environment.
* You’ll have a proven track record of managing customer expectations, maximising loyalty and profitability of your account portfolio.
* Waste experience is ESSENTIAL for this role - as ais a FULL UK Driving Licence.
* To succeed, you’ll be ready to network and identify key stakeholders and develop strong professional relationships to support your customers in meeting their strategic plans, using the services that SUEZ can offer.
