Job Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support and advocacy to survivors of domestic abuse.

* Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and case management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
* Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse or in a similar support role.
* Strong understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and families.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of local support services and resources available for survivors.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
