Brief
Technical Supervisor needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based on a mobile basis in Holborn, London. The role requires an experienced, well‑rounded supervisor who takes pride in their work and will supervise day‑to‑day operations of facilities services on the contract, supporting the Area Facilities Manager to meet all SLA, KPI, and statutory compliance targets.

What the role entails
* Effectively manage a team of engineers carrying out all aspects of maintenance in accordance with KPIs/SLAs safely.
* Work closely with the helpdesk and other support functions to ensure performance meets contractual KPIs.
* Provide timely support to maintain the highest standard of statutory compliance, including environmental health & safety policy, quality, sustainability, energy efficiency, and Legionella Management.
* Assist in producing all required documentation to record and escalated incidents as per the contract.
* Act as an Appointed Person / Responsible Person for Technical Disciplines as required.
* Manage engineer data and job details in the CAFM to ensure operational resilience and completion of works.
* Supervise subcontractors and specialist providers; liaise with other parts of the Project Team to support project activity.
* Build strong professional relationships with other groups within Engineering Services and the wider Group.
* Drive effective maintenance policies, including spares management and time‑management concepts.
* Participate in 24/7 maintenance cover (including on‑call rota) and emergency planning.
* Proactively manage preventative maintenance, corrective works, and compliance while maintaining customer focus.
* Identify and manage a Critical Spares strategy.
* Carry out subcontractor audits and awareness programmes.
* Manage and coordinate all statutory maintenance activities.
* Drive account growth by improving self‑delivery and projects.
* Support and develop the Company Values and motivate the team to promote positive customer relations.
Experience required
* Multi‑skilled engineer with a qualified discipline and previous experience.
* Team‑working experience and strong decision‑making ability under pressure.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
* Experience using a CAFM system.
* Successful track record in Facilities Management.
* Good knowledge of building services and legislation.
* Must obtain and maintain security vetting due to contract nature.
