Are you a Project Manager/Contracts Manager from a construction background looking to join a nationwide chartered surveying practice offering a local midlands patch, opportunities to work on a variety of commercial projects and car allowance + fuel card to increase your income?
This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplies to a vast range of commercial clients. No two days will be the same, and they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team alongside three other Contract Managers.
This is a client‑facing role involving regular site visits and meetings. You will manage a team of around ten Engineers on a project, being the point of contact for the client and teams involved in project delivery. Your responsibilities will be managing budgets, preparing and reviewing contracts based on client and project needs while ensuring compliance with all T&C's while reporting straight to Directors through all stages of the project.
This role would suit a Project Manager or Contracts Manager from a construction background looking to join a building surveying specialist who are open to funding any necessary courses to help you develop and progress.
The Role
* Managing a team of Surveyors and Engineers
* Preparing and reviewing contracts with clients and subcontractors
* Ensuring projects comply with the law and standard regulations
* Monitoring budgets and consulting with every team involved through the project lifecycle
* Site visits in the Midlands
* Mon‑Fri (8:30‑4:30) working hours.

* Willing to commute to office near Bicester, Milton Keynes, Bicester, Oxford, Banbury, Buckinghamshire.
