Senior Payroll Administrator
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000K+ DOE
Location: Glasgow City Centre (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
 * Processing payrolls across multiple frequencies (weekly, monthly, etc)
 * Managing employee life‑cycle changes: starters, leavers, adjustments
 * Administering statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP
 * Overseeing auto‑enrolment pension submissions and compliance
 * Producing accurate payslips, reports, and year‑end documentation
 * Handling client queries and liaising with HMRC professionally and promptly
 * Ensuring payroll processes remain fully compliant with current legislation and industry best practices
Experience
 * Previous payroll bureau or Group payroll experience
 * Solid understanding of current UK payroll legislation
 * High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
 * Excellent communication and client service abilities
 * Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team
