REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing company with a niche product. QHSE Manager: Key Responsibilities 1. Integrated Management System (IMS) Management Develop, maintain, and continually improve the company's Integrated Management System aligned to: ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) ISO 45001 (Health & Safety Management) Coordinate certification audits and ensure all standards are met or exceeded.2. Safety Leadership & Compliance Lead the site's Health & Safety strategy and champion a proactive safety culture. Conduct and manage risk assessments including COSHH, PUWER, and LOLER. Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Ensure full compliance with UK HSE legislation, internal policies, and industry best practices.3. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) Oversee QA/QC activities for welding, fabrication, and machining operations. Review and approve Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). Ensure adherence to relevant welding standards and materials specifications.4.
