The Role: Parts Sales Advisor
This is a dynamic, customer‑focused position where telesales and relationship building are central. You’ll be the go‑to expert for customers seeking parts, advice, and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers in German
* Handling orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
* Managing after‑sales queries and supporting the service team
* Preparing estimates when required
* Prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining customer accounts
* Assisting with inventory checksl
* Maintaining strong relationships with workshops and service advisors
* Making outbound calls and engaging in cold acquisition
* Occasionally attending car shows or business trips to meet clients
Who We’re Looking For

* Experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
* Strong technical understanding of vehicle operation
* A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
* Great organisational abilities and a proactive attitude
* A clean, valid driver’s licence
