About the Role
Kiavi Ltd is seeking a motivated and compassionate Pharmacy Dispenser Assistant / Technician to join its busy community pharmacy team in Folkestone. Key Responsibilities
* Assist with dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
* Support pharmacists with day‑to‑day pharmacy operations
* Provide excellent customer service and patient support
* Build positive relationships with patients and healthcare customers
* Understand patient needs and provide tailored support where appropriate
* Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
* Help manage stock levels and organise pharmacy inventory
* Assist with healthcare product enquiries and over‑the‑counter support

Candidate Requirements
Required
* English and Maths GCSE level qualification or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
* Enthusiastic and motivated approach to healthcare support
Preferred
* Experience working within healthcare or customer service environments
