Private Client Lawyer, Essex – 4+ PQE – A well respected regional law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Lawyer into their strong private client practice.
JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to circa £75,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
A respected regional law firm with a strong Private Client practice, are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Fee-Earner to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of Private Client matters including administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates, wills, LPAs, trusts/deputyship work as well as the administration of intestate estates.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years PQE in private client law. The appointed Private Client Lawyer will have proven technical expertise across the broad range of private client law including wills, estates, LPAs and the administration of estates. You will be proactive, have a client-focussed approach and have the ability to work independently.
