From our Prestwick site, we produce major aircraft wing structures for Airbus commercial aircraft used around the world. As part of our ongoing modernisation and growth, you will help us improve how we work, how we operate and how we deliver for our customers. You will lead transformation activity across the business, supporting teams as we modernise systems, strengthen processes and continue to build a safe, efficient and future‑ready operation. How you will contribute to the team You will: Develop and deliver a practical transformation roadmap aligned to business needs and operational priorities. Lead improvement projects from planning through to delivery, using structured project and risk management. Review current processes and design improved ways of working that support efficiency, digitalisation and better operational performance. Work closely with leaders and teams across the site to support decision‑making, alignment and adoption of new processes. Requirements for the role You will have: Experience delivering business or operational transformation in a complex environment. Experience leading structured projects or programmes, including governance and performance tracking. Strong analytical capability with experience using data to assess performance and validate improvements. Experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Professional qualifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) may be an advantage but are not essential.
