As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering our delicious food propositions while working alongside our talented Sous Chef and Head Chef.
About The Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes that meet our brand standards.
* Lead and manage a small team of commis chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Participate in our award-winning Butlins Chef Academy, enhancing your skills in a fun and educational setting, paving the way for your career growth.
* Oversee daily operations in your section, ensuring compliance with food safety policies and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, complete daily food diaries, and manage budget margins with support from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

* Experience in a similar role, with confidence in leading a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A hardworking and determined attitude, always seeking better ways to achieve our brand standards.
* Energetic and enthusiastic spirit, understanding the value you bring to the guest experience by empowering your team.
* Ideally, hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification (not essential).
* Manage margins, control costs, and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including weekends and late finishes. We offer a variety of shifts, starting as early as 7 AM and running until midnight. Plus, if you’re looking to relocate, we can provide on-resort accommodation!
