Through our evolving Devon Family Hubs, we’re bringing together the Best Start for Children and Neighbourhood Health Services and within the Families First Programme, to deliver integrated support that focuses on prevention and Early Help ensuring families can easily access the right help at the right time.

We’re looking to appoint a number of Family Hub Support Workers to join our vibrant Family Hub teams in across Devon—an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver this innovative, community-focused approach to supporting families:

The role will be family facing by supporting improvements in outcomes for children and families through the delivery of advice and guidance, delivery of group support and learning opportunities, in partnership with families, the community and our Early Help Partnership. The post holder will take a Whole Family approach in their practice and work around the times of the family. As such, this post will be expected to work flexibly including at evenings and weekends. They will be a member of a team with the responsibility for securing consistency of approach across the whole of the county, and therefore will need to ensure that local practice is compliant with the expectations of Devon’s Early Help offer.
