Poultry Farm Manager – Nuneaton - £40, + Company Vehicle + Relocation Support
The Job:
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Pullet Rearing Farm Manager to oversee two farms near Nuneaton. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining our high animal welfare and biosecurity standards. You'll be responsible for the full rearing cycle, ensuring pullets are healthy, well-managed, and ready for transition into laying units.
With a strong focus on welfare, health and safety, and operational excellence, you’ll monitor and manage everything from ventilation and lighting to feed, vaccinations, and staff coordination. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established, supportive business.

The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in poultry farming, pullet or layer rearing preferred
- Understanding of biosecurity, hygiene, health & safety, and farm assurance schemes e.g. RSPCA Assured, BEIC Lion Code
- Ability to manage ventilation, feed, water, lighting programmes and vaccinations
- Experience overseeing or supporting aviary systems (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to commute to or relocate near the CV7 area
The Package:
- Salary: £22, – £40, per annum DOE
- Use of company vehicle for farm to farm travel
