CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Support Worker to provide dedicated support to the local people of Crook, County Durham, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. We proudly deliver reablement care in partnership with the Durham County Council. This means you'll work with same clients over a six-week period, supporting their recovery and rehabilitation journey. You'll build meaningful connections, witness real progress and be part of something truly rewarding.
