* Location: Chester
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Contract: Long-term role
* Term Time Only: Enjoy the school holidays off!

As a Behaviour Mentor you will:
* Provide tailored support for students with challenging behavior on a 1:1 or group basis.
* Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behavior strategies and personalized plans.
As a Behaviour Mentor you will have:
* Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behavior.
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
