We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for one of our destination restaurants - May Fair Kitchen, based within iconic 5 Star The May Fair hotel.
Overview:
* An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair Kitchen as a Floor Manager.
* You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Restaurant and bar operation.
* Achieve the revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant.
* As Floor Manager, your role will involve coaching and developing the team.
* You will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
* Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels.
About You:
* Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor or food led operation.
* Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management.
* The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
* A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
