The Successful Applicant
The Residential Property Solicitor should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years' PQE in residential property.
8. Experienced in handling a broad range of conveyancing transactions.
9. Strong in client‑facing communication and project management.
10. Organised, proactive and comfortable working within a small team.
