We are seeking a motivated and proactive Receptionist to join our team, providing a first-class front-of-house experience within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple tasks, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and consistently maintain high service standards.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, supporting both clients and colleagues while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of front-of-house services.
The Role
1. Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to clients, visitors, and staff
2. Manage visitor processes, including sign-in, access control, and enquiries
3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
4. Support meeting room coordination and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
5. Carry out ad hoc cleaning tasks to maintain excellent workplace standards
6. Work collaboratively with other service teams (e.g. maintenance, catering, security, post room)
7. Support colleagues with administrative tasks, reporting, and service-related activities
8. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and service providers to ensure high service delivery
About You
9. Confident, professional, and customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff and directors
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
13. IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
14. Professional appearance and approach at all times
15. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across services
16. Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is desirable
