We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in building and supporting a thriving workforce. As our HR Advisor, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, wellbeing, training, and payroll processes. Youll be a trusted partner to managers, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practice while championing our people-first culture. Key Responsibilities Support managers with recruitment and safer hiring strategies. Manage onboarding, induction, and new starter integration. Provide advice on employee relations, disciplinary matters, absence management, and wellbeing. Coordinate training, coaching, and staff development. Liaise with payroll provider and finance team for accurate payroll. Contribute to HR policy reviews, ensuring legal and safeguarding compliance. Maintain accurate HR records and workforce data reporting. Support exit interviews and staff offboarding processes. Person Specification Essential: CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent), with willingness to work towards Level 5. HR and payroll administration experience. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards). Experience supporting hearings and appeals. Coaching or training delivery experience.
