Customer Service Administrator
Location: SN3, Swindon
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. Join our client’s small but busy team based in the SN3 area of Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business that manages over 60 staffing schedules, providing excellent service to both businesses and consumers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries and pass info to relevant departments
2. Provide quotes, assist with pricing, and manage bookings
3. Order materials and support staff scheduling
4. Keep accurate records and manage filing systems
5. Update customers and ensure smooth project progress
6. Support across multiple departments – it’s a versatile role!
About right candidate:
7. Minimum 2 years' experience in admin and scheduling roles
8. Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
9. Confident with quotes, booking systems, and material orders
10. Experience in construction or home improvement environments preferred
