You will be working part of a manufacturing team within the Paint Rectification process, ensuring the highest quality vehicles are delivered to our customers Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities • Ensures compliance to Health & Safety policy for area of responsibility & prioritises safety within the workgroup. • Works part of a workgroup to identify and eliminate safety hazards, raising potential hazards. near misses, dangerous occurrence and accidents. • Protects internal and external customers by containing issues, fixing them & preventing recurrence, engaging the broader team where appropriate. • Rectifying paintless repairs and preventing cars from being diverted into on wheels repair • Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations. • Continuously improves workplace organisation in line with the 5S standard. WHAT YOU NEED • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in paint related subject. • Experience working with multiple paint finishes (Gloss, Satin and Matte) • Abilit to carry out paintless dent repairs • Flexibility: prepared to work anywhere on plant i.e. other shifts and other technology areas • Experience in paintless dent removal/repair • Experience in polish rectification A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.
