Our client, a forward-thinking accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a talented Regional Business People Partner, who will report directly to the Chief People Officer. The business is expanding through acquisition and with growth comes complex, fast-moving change. The regional BPP will play a pivotal role in leading HR integration, including TUPE, baseline HR audits, and driving meaningful change management across newly acquired and existing regional teams. You'll be at the heart of enhancing HR maturity - from implementing new HR systems and performance management frameworks, to developing competency models, and strengthening employee relations and engagement.
