What You'll Do
* Support the HSE Manager with the implementation of safety and environment strategies.
* Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, and support risk reduction initiatives.
* Develop, review, and manage risk assessments, Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Safe Systems of Work (SSW).
* Manage and control contractors on-site to ensure HSE compliance.
* Coordinate HSE meetings, take minutes, and track action points.
* Assist in analysing safety data and generating reports.
* Facilitate employee training, briefings, and support continuous improvement in HSE practices.

Essential
What you bring:
* Education: Degree in a relevant SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) discipline or equivalent qualification.
* Commitment to Learning: Interest in achieving chartered status in SHE.
* Skills: Strong communication skills with an ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Additional: Full UK driving license preferred.
Desirable
* Previous experience in facilities management or HSE in a healthcare setting.
* Ability to create and present reports and insights in client meetings.
