Key Responsibilities Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every student can achieve their full potential. Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom. Provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring to develop pupils’ confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation. Support behaviour and learning plans, ensuring strategies are followed consistently and effectively. Act as a visible, approachable presence throughout the school to maintain a positive atmosphere. Assist in delivering enrichment activities, community outreach, work experience programmes, and character development initiatives.
