As the university embarks on an exciting phase of transformation, they’re looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to help drive value and innovation across a range of key Estates & FM categories.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead full end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the university, including senior leadership and department heads
* Run competitive tenders and lead on procurement specifications, including Framework Agreements
* Help create and deliver category plans aligned to long-term goals
Experience & Requirements
* Experience managing indirect procurement categories
* Proven track record of delivering value through compliant, strategic procurement
* Solid understanding of public sector procurement regulations (PCR2015, OJEU, UCR, Procurement Act etc.)
* CIPS qualification is a plus, but not essential
