REQUIRMENTS:
* MUST have 1-2 years of experience in Maintenance.
* MUST have excellent communication, organisation and instruction following skills.
* MUST be a UK citizen or have legal work eligibility in the UK.
* MUST have transportation to and from work.
* MUST be diligent and trustworthy.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Estates Manager.
Maintenance and repair of venue and its facilities.
Carrying out compliance checks in house and recording them accurately as directed by the Estates Manager.
Liaising with contractors as needed.
Assisting with arranging quotes and following company policy and procedures for approval.
Assisting with monitoring and replenishing the stock of regular maintenance items.
Maintaining and servicing internal and external equipment of the venue.
Assisting with larger refurbishment and renovations as needed and as directed.
Promptly handling emergency maintenance with direction from your line manager.
Keeping the storage rooms orderly and upkeeping maintenance equipment, supplies, event tables and chairs.
Maintaining Health and Safety across the venue and in carrying out your duties.
Assisting with security and safety systems such as fire system and security alarms, if qualified.
Maintaining accurate maintenance administration.

SALARY:
£26K- £29K per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
