Overview
We are looking for an Information Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks (NRNN) team for our Southern Water framework. This hybrid role combines home-based work with regular travel to the Falmer office in East Sussex. The project is a 7-year framework with an estimated value of £1bn.
Responsibilities
* Adopt and drive the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, with a focus on ISO 19650.
* Identify errors during the quality assurance process and maintain awareness of the golden thread and related requirements.
* Contribute to the development of minimum standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes and manuals in collaboration with the NRNN Digital Construction Lead.
* Implement the digital strategy for information management, including the CDE systems and processes across all live projects; gather feedback from business unit employees and communicate findings to management.
* Conduct audits and generate compliance reports on live projects; work with project teams to close out corrective actions.
* Deliver CDE advanced courses and upskill sessions to enable information coordinators to implement the CDE and deliver essential training to project teams and stakeholders.
* Provide ongoing management of information coordinators, including PPR processes, escalations, 1:1s, mentoring and training.
What we’re looking for
* Experience on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources.
* Proficient understanding of information management procedures, including complex workflows, change control and management.
* Experience communicating with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams and sub-contractors; ability to educate stakeholders in CDE protocols.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver ISO 19650 across projects.
