We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Hatfield.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 to 2 year's experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
* Basic £25,000 - £26,500
* OTE £35,000
* Pooled commission on new lets and relets
* Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 4pm on a rota basis (with day back in lieu)
* 5 day working week
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
* Carry out accompanied viewings
* Generate viewings from portal leads
* Property inspections
* Liaise with landlords and tenants
* Arranged agreed maintenance
* Deal with end of tenancy dilapidations/checkouts
* Arrange required property safety certificates
* General administration duties
* Qualify applicants pre referencing
* Assist with marketing and new business
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
* Must have at least 1 to 2 year's experience as a Lettings Negotiator
* Good computer skills
* A high level of customer service skills
* Well-presented and professional
* Understanding of the lettings process
* Be up to date with current legislation
* The desire to work well in a team, and independently
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Target driven with a 'can do' attitude
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
