Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and detailed variance analysis.
* Deliver insightful financial analysis to support operational performance and strategic decision-making.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
* Ensure robust financial controls are maintained in line with group policies and audit requirements.
* Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across finance and operational reporting.
* Act as a trusted business partner to non-finance teams, providing clear financial insight and commercial support.
Skills & Experience Required
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
* Strong management accounting expertise, particularly in cost control, stock management, and margin analysis.
* Advanced Excel capability and experience working with ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly analytical mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
