Insurance Development Manager
Location: Torpoint, Cornwall (covering Cornwall & Plymouth/Devon)
Company: Sound Insurance Services Ltd
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full Time 35 hours p/w, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (although flexibility/hybrid working considered)
Sound Insurance Services Ltd is expanding — and we’re looking for an ambitious, driven Insurance Development Manager to help us grow our presence across Cornwall and Devon.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Actively generating new business opportunities
* Building, managing and developing strong relationships with clients
* Networking within the local business community
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and long-term account growth
* Representing Sound Insurance Services Ltd professionally in the local market
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role suited to someone confident, proactive and commercially minded.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in insurance or the financial sector (preferred but not essential) OR has a strong background in sales and is eager to learn a new industry
* Is confident networking, meeting new people, has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Is self-motivated and target-driven
* Good IT skills, you should be comfortable using Microsoft applications.
* Wants to build a long-term career with growth potential
Full support and product training will be provided for the right candidate.
