Our busy client, a construction firm based in Warrington, Westbrook area, is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Admin Assistant to support our team with data input and spreadsheet management. Key Responsibilities: * Input data accurately into spreadsheets and internal systems * Maintain and update project records and logs * Assist with administrative tasks across the office * Prepare reports and track project data * Liaise with site teams to gather and organise information * General office duties including filing, scanning, printing off work orders, and documents control Requirements: * Previous admin experience (construction background preferred but not essential) * Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage workload * Good communication and organisational skills What We Offer: * £12.21 per hour * 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday * Supportive and friendly team environment * Immediate start available We look forward to hearing from you...
